These are individual, one-time sessions for women who feel that something in them hasn’t fully settled — even though life may have moved on.

but the body hasn’t caught up yet.
What this space offers:
Our time together is guided by attuned presence, gentle inquiry, and somatic awareness. We follow what the body is ready to reveal — without force, analysis, or agenda.
Often, what needs attention is already known on a deeper somatic level, simply waiting to be met.
As the body is given time and support, it may begin to soften what it has been carrying. Emotional charge can ease. Mental looping can slow. A natural sense of clarity and grounding often emerges on its own.
Nothing is pushed.
Nothing is solved.
The body is allowed to complete what it’s been holding.
Each session is intuitive and responsive, shaped by what is present rather than a fixed process. Some sessions feel quiet and subtle. Others may involve emotional release, insight, or a felt shift in the nervous system.

No experience is needed at all. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are. You don't need to prepare, understand somatic work in advance, or know what you are working on. You only need to arrive.

No. While we may speak, these sessions are not primarily talk-based. Rather than processing what happened through conversation, we work with the body directly — through somatic awareness, breath, sensation, and attuned presence. Many women find this reaches places that talking alone does not.

What is completely fine and very common. Most women arrive without a clear sense of what they are working on. The body knows what it is carrying. The session creates the conditions for that to surface in its own time, without force.

All Soma Sessions are held virtually on Zoom. You can attend from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

A Soma Session is a single 90-minute session — a supportive entry point for women who want to experience this work without a longer commitment. Nourished is a longer-term container for women ready to go deeper over time. Many women begin with a Soma Session before stepping into Nourished.
