A heartbreak the body hasn’t yet let go of.
A body that has learned to protect, and hasn't stood down.
A numbness to life that is hard to explain, even to yourself.
This isn’t something to fix or figure out.
It’s simply something to notice.
When the body is given time and support, it can begin to soften.
Not by effort.
Not by explanation.
But by being met, exactly where you are.
Sacred Haven is a place for that meeting.

To listen to the body without urgency.
To let what’s been held find its own rhythm of settling.

There’s no pace to keep.
No version of yourself to become.
Just a quiet space for slowing down.
For listening beneath the mind.
For allowing what has been present
to soften, unwind, and integrate.

And yet so often, we try to find our way back through the mind.
But the body doesn't soften through understanding. It softens through safety.
And safety isn't something you think your way into. It's something the body slowly learns to trust again.

My work is rooted in somatic, body-based, trauma informed support and over a decade of experience walking alongside women through periods of transition, overwhelm, emotional processing, and the gentle unfolding of unresolved trauma.
I’ve seen how often women carry more than they realize — holding themselves together, overthinking, and staying in patterns that no longer feel true, even when life looks “fine” from the outside.
My approach is slow, relational, and guided by the body. Rather than pushing for change or insight, we create the conditions for the nervous system to settle — allowing clarity, ease, and connection to emerge in their own time.

Soma Sessions
Somatic Support for Women in Transition
For women who sense that something hasn't fully settled, even though life may have moved on.These are individual, one-on-one sessions offering trauma-informed, body-based support for moments of transition, overwhelm, grief, heartbreak, or nervous system activation. Rather than talking through what happened, we work with the body directly, allowing what's been held to gently come into awareness and resolve.
Our time together is guided by attuned presence and somatic awareness. We follow what the nervous system is ready to release, without force, pressure, or agenda.
You don't need to prepare, perform, or know what you're working on. These sessions meet you exactly where you are.

Nourished
Long-term 1:1 somatic support
For women who feel ready to slow down and stay with themselves over time.
Nourished is a longer-term, one-on-one container for sustained healing and self-connection. Rather than focusing on quick change, this work honors the body's natural pace, allowing unresolved experiences, emotional patterns, and nervous system activation to settle more fully over time.
Many women enter Nourished while navigating life transitions, relationship shifts, or a sense that the body is still holding what the mind has moved past.
Best explored after an initial 1:1 Soma Session.
