Nourished is a longer-term, one-on-one somatic container for women who feel ready to slow down and stay with themselves over time.
This work is for those who sense that what they’re moving through cannot be rushed — and doesn’t need to be fixed. Rather than pushing toward change, we create the conditions for trust, clarity, and embodied confidence to emerge naturally.
Our work together is grounded in the body and guided by somatic awareness, gentle inquiry, and attuned presence. Over time, this allows what has been held — consciously or unconsciously — to integrate at the body’s pace.
As this relationship with the body deepens, many women experience a quiet but meaningful shift in how they relate to themselves, their relationships, and their lives — not through force or striving, but through steadiness, care, and presence.

Nourished is for women who sense that their healing cannot be rushed and doesn't need to be fixed quickly. It is for those navigating ongoing life transitions, identity shifts, or a felt sense that the body is still holding what the mind has already moved past.

Nourished is offered as a three-month container with weekly or bi-weekly 90-minute sessions held on Zoom. Payment plans are available.

It is recommended to begin with at least one Soma Session before entering Nourished. This gives you a felt sense of the work before committing to the longer container..

Nourished is body-led rather than mind-led. Rather than focusing on insight, analysis, or talking through experiences, this work creates conditions for the nervous system to settle and for unresolved experiences to integrate at the body's natural pace. It is slower, more relational, and rooted in somatic presence.
