Hi, I’m Kristen, a Somatic & Myofascial Release Therapist.
My work is informed by training in John Barnes Myofascial Release and trauma-informed somatic approaches, alongside over a decade of working with women through body-based support, lived experience, and relational presence.
I offer support for women moving through grief, overwhelm, transition, or unresolved emotional experiences.
My work is slow, relational, and guided by the body, creating space for your nervous system to settle so clarity, ease, and connection can emerge naturally.
You don’t have to explain everything or arrive with the right words. This work is intuitive, allowing the body to guide each session.

Soma Sessions
One-time 1:1 somatic support
For those who sense that something hasn’t fully settled, even though life may have moved on.
These 90-minute sessions offer trauma-informed, body-based support for moments of transition, overwhelm, grief, heartbreak, or nervous system activation. You don’t need to prepare, perform, or know what you’re working on. We begin exactly where you are.
Best for: support in a specific season, moment, or emotional threshold.

Nourished Integration
Long-term 1:1 somatic support
For those who feel ready to slow down and stay with themselves over time.
Nourished is a three-month somatic container for deeper integration, nervous system support, and sustained self-connection. Rather than rushing toward change, we create space for the body to build trust, capacity, and steadiness over time.
Best for: ongoing support, deeper integration, and a consistent body-led healing process.
